Essential Criteria:
Current Registration with the Australian Nursing & Midwifery Board
Excellent communication strategies ensuring effective multidisciplinary team work
Demonstrated commitment to professional and evidence based practice to promote optimal care
Experience with Quality Improvement processes and staff development activities

Desirable Criteria:
At least 2 years experience in area
Current postgraduate qualification or desire to work towards same
