Working within their Psychiatric division, as Nurse Unit Manager – Community within a community Mental Health service , you will have a multi faceted role as overall manager of for a team in Swan Hill, as well as regional management of the community team delivering mental health services to a wider region.
Our client has a very comprehensive professional development program in place whereby you are supported clinically and as a manager (includes peer support by way of a social work educator and carer consultant, programs within the psychiatric development unit, a dual diagnosis program, a mentor and preceptorship program and a highly supportive direct manager)
