As an Engagement Specialist you will have lots of interaction with our participants over the phone discussing how Healthways programs can make an impact on their health. Drawing on your clinical experience you will help individuals understand how they can take control of their health and improve their overall wellbeing. You will be working in a corporate environment with stable operating hours so you can enjoy life more.

We are looking for a responsible EN who:
Has strong interpersonal skills and is able to develop rapport with others over the phone
Experience in the healthcare field (such as medical assistant, medical technician or health care assistant)

Essential to this role is:
Minimum 5 years experience as an Enrolled Nurse
Sound knowledge of chronic diseases
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Sound knowledge of PC and internet skills
