Then, our client, a large provider of health care service throughout Victoria has the perfect career opportunity.
Working within their Psychiatric division, as Nurse Unit Manager – Community within a community Mental Health service , you will have a multi faceted role as overall manager of for a team in Swan Hill, as well as regional management of the community team delivering mental health services to a wider region.  A small part of the role is as facilities manager, but this will be minor in terms of your overall responsibility.

• If you have extensive experience in the provision of community based clinical psychiatric services, and an ability to assess and manage complex clinical issues in the context of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in leading a team, and an understanding of the HR issues around developing people to perform at their best.  
• Other management issues – knowledge of IT, relevant legislation around delivery of psychiatric services and policies and strategic guidelines.
